Forte Vasco, I cannot tell you how pleased Pat and I are. Once I switched sashes, the new window looked like it had been in place since the house was built. The slider is tight, and the door and screen slide smoothly and are tight. I never realized, before, how inferior the existing door was. Also, the wider rim around the slider looks much better (more in perspective) than the pre-existing trim. The 1/4 round finished off the bottom very nicely, also. I will let the folks at Mid Cape Home Center know how happy we are. Please do not hesitate to use me as a reference. Lynch Dear Vasco, I would like to thank you for the fantastic job you did last summer replacing two slider units with bow windows, and constructing the interior and exterior walls to fill in the openings, and also replacing a third slider with a new unit. Everything turned out beautiful, and I have received compliments from everyone who has seen your work. The real test of the quality of your work came this winter. Despite the below-zero temperatures, the house stayed warm and there was absolutely no leakage of cold air from the windows or slider. Even with the colder temperatures, my heating bills have been lower than last year. I also appreciated how clean you kept the work areas, and the care given to furniture and belongings while this work was being done. Trombly When Mr. Jan Nickerson was on our boat this summer, we had a conversation about replacement windows. He recommended that we consider using Andersen windows. This is a follow-up to express our satisfaction with the product and our contractor. This past month, we had the pleasure of installing new Andersen windows throughout our house. Based on recommendations from several sources, including our friend and builder, Larry Kenney, we contracted with Mr. Nunez to do this replacement. I was so impressed at our first meeting with the professional manner in which he explained to me what was needed, and his knowledge of the product and how the windows would fit. He was upfront with the details of adjustments that would have to be made, and explained them to me. During the time that the work was done, I was even more impressed with the neatness, attention to detail, respect and regard for the rest of the house and me. At the end of the day, one would hardly even know he had been here. As you can tell, I was so grateful for the experience we had. I had thought this would be very difficult and messy. Lerner We have to take a moment to let you know how satisfied we are with the work that you performed recently at our home in Yarmouthport.... Fortunately, my wife and I were home during the installation of a Bow window and we witnessed most all of what took place as the work progressed. Not much debris accumulated on the grounds because clean-up continued from time to time....
